We support PDF, Photoshop EPS, AI, JPG, GIF, PNG, and TIF file types. We recommend PDF or rasterized your artwork as a TIF. You may try another file type but we cannot guarantee that it will process. If you have a recommendation for another industry standard file type to support, please let us know!

The proofs that we provide are for your benefit to compare cut lines and safe areas to be sure your prints turn out as intended. If your proofs aren't displaying correctly, please review and edit your original files and upload again. The quality of the proofs will be lower than your original file due to displaying them at 72 DPI for the web.

The design will be cut down to normal size after printing. Recommended file size is 1350px Wide X 810px Tall (3.75" x 2.25" @ 360 DPI). Files that aren't correct size will automatically be rescaled to fit that template and will be shown in your proof. 360 DPI is suggested for maximum print quality: anything significantly less may be pixelated - anything significantly more is overkill.
